About the Item
Mid-century Illum Wikkelso "Ringstol" hoop chair. This unique Danish modern hoop chair features a sturdy beech hardwood construction, a sleek angular frame which gives the piece an interesting visual hoop profile and stylishly comfortable woven cord seating. Marked underneath "Made in Spain", circa 1960s. Chair was sprayed in off white lacquer paint. Show signs of use in vintage condition. Chair is sturdy and the woven seagrass is tight no breaks. Located in Brooklyn NYC.
Chair measures approximately 28" tall to top of back, 16" tall to top of seat (front rim), 31-1/2" wide, and 19-1/2" deep to seat.
