Pair of Danish 1940s Wingback Lounge Chairs with Open Armrests
About the Item
Stunning classic Danish pair of very comfortable high back armchair from the 1940s in the style of Fritz Hansen and Alfred Christensen with open armrests in beautifully carved stained beech. Nice slim elegant silhouette. Solid and sturdy construction with spring coils in the seat and backrest. Nice wear and patina to the wood. The original fabric and padding is showing wear but is in still clean usable condition. We are able to offer re-upholstery services for this chair at a very competitive price and are able to re-cover in lambswool or shearling.
