About the Item
Stunning shaped pair of 'Camea' adjustable lounge chairs designed by Renzo Franchi and manufactured by Camea, Italy 1955. These dynamic shaped chairs have a solid cherry wooden structure, and they are recently reupholstered in a green Gucci velvet upholstery. They are upholstered according to the original. The chairs radiate quality all over in the construction and materials use and combination of them. These chairs are adjustable in different positions for different comfort levels. And they are stamped CAMEA on the frames. The chairs provide a lot of comfort, also because of the upholstered arms. The chairs are similar to designs by Gio Ponti and Paolo Buffa, and are made in the same period where those designers were active. The cherry wooden structures are in amazing condition with slight patina from usate. Priced and sold in a set of 2.
