Vintage Cassina LC2 Petit Modele Armchair (New Old Stock)

About the Item

Manufactured circa 1972 by Cassina in Italy for Atelier International, Ltd.(Licensee of Cassina for import/distribution in the United States). Designed in 1928 by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand, black leather cushions inset in square chrome frame. New Old Stock (Manufactured circa 1972, never used) This piece was one of the collection in the Brooklyn Museum, NY until 2023. Both Cassina and Atelier International labels present and museum catalog numbers are on the frame and cushions. Provenance: Gift of Atelier International, Ltd., New York, NY, 1972; Property from the Brooklyn Museum
