'Isabella' rocking chair by Karl-Axel Adolfsson
Mid-20th century, circa 1950
Re-upholstered in 'Designers Guild' Parrot Aviary, sky blue.
Double sided head rest edged in velvet piping which is tied and adjustable. Known as the Isabella rocking chair designed by Karl-Axel Adolfsson for Gemla. It dates to the 1950s and is made of beech with the original ebonized finish. The condition is excellent with minor age related wear.
Measures: D 74, H 114 cm (seat height 42 cm).
