Danish Midcentury Classic Curved Settee in the Style of Georg Kofoed
About the Item
Very elegant small sofa or settee made around 1940 in Denmark. it is very much in the style of Master Carpenter Georg Kofoed but Designer and maker is unknown to us. Beautiful curved shape with a short backrest and high armrests calling for a very cool look. Comfortable but somewhat upright seating position. The sofa is sturdy and in newly reupholstered in wool and fully refurbished. Perfect for a study or hallway. Very good condition and very comfortable. Coil springs in the seat and backrest. We can re re-upholster at a very attractive price.
