English Queen Anne Period 18th Century Walnut Pair of Balloon Seated Sidechairs

About the Item

English Queen Anne period walnut pair of balloon seated sidechairs with cabriole legs, pad feet and lovely curved and waisted back. The upholstery is about 10 years old, as is a repair to one back leg which had to be spliced about 5". The repair was professionally done and is quite tight and firm (see photo). The chairs are a lovely pair; one must have been in the sun more than the other as it is a little lighter in color. Circa 1710.
