About the Item
We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning fully restored Victorian drop arm sofa chaise lounge in hand dyed Whisky brown leather
A very good looking well made and comfortable sofa chaise. The seat platform is coil sprung with the original horse hair padding. The leather is thick saddle hide upholstery which has been washed back and hand dyed this glorious whisky brown colour which is exclusive to my leather polishers
The drop arm is operated by a nice solid brass handle, the arm has 4-5 positions so you can set it as you wish

Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
