A vintage red metal swiveling stool, which was designed by Margarete Schuette-Lihotzky, 1920s.
Margarete Schuette-Lihotzky, (1897-2000).
Margarete Schuette-Lihotzky was one of the first female architects and studied under Oskar Strnad and Heinrich Tessenow at the University of Applied Arts. She was popular through her design of the Frankfurter kitchen.
The three-legged adjustable metal stool was made of metal, which is newly red lacquered and the wooden seat shows brown color fragments.
The vintage condition is very good and ready to live!
