Midcentury Mario Papperzini for Salterini Iron Wingback Garden Chair
About the Item
Whimsical Mid-Century Modern patio and garden wingback armchair made in the manner and style of Mario Papperzini for John Salterini. The armchair features a wrought iron frame with a lattice seat, back, and wings ending with ball finials. The generous seat has flat arms measuring 27 inches high and ending with scrolls. The seat and back have thin seat cushions in a midcentury geometric design fabric. The fabric is slightly faded, but still very presentable. The chair is supported by straight legs conjoined by gracefully curved stretchers. Amazing profile and style that is very sturdy.
