17th Century English Two Panelled Oak Coffer

About the Item

An excellent 17th Century Two Panelled Oak Coffer in good clean original condition, having good colour and patina. The panels are nicely carved with stylized lozenges and the top rail has crisply carved lunettes. Clean inside and with a wonderfully untouched dry surface. Retaining the original hinges, lock and hasp. A fantastic example in totally original condition.
