This is an antique bookcase cabinet. An English, rosewood side cocktail cupboard, dating to the Regency period, circa 1820. Striking figuring accentuated with eye-catching carved detail Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order Select stocks show fine grain interest and warm caramel hues Ripple carving to the upper cabinet edges a distinctive feature Gallery upper with two generous shelves suitable for your favourite books Pair of field panel doors, beaded and dressed with a brass twist latch Opening to reveal the twin shelf interior, well suited to decanters and cocktail glasses Raised upon a plinth base with pronounced corners, the rear fully panelled This is a delightful antique bookcase cabinet, showing an excellence of craftsmanship with enthusiastic beaded detailing.
