French 19th Century Biedermeier Bookcase

An early 19th century French Biedermeier polished satinwood bookcase with ebony accents. This attractive open bookcase, circa 1830 in date, has a stunning pair of ebonized columns with decorative brass capitelli encircled with neoclassical patterns that can also be found on their pedestals that rest on handsome ebony paw feet. The bookcase has four shelves which can be adjusted to accommodate the height of your books. Stylish and elegant, this bookcase would add interest to any space.
