About the Item
Early Victorian figured walnut crossbanded open bookcase, of Louis XV design. The breakfront top with moulded edge, over a shaped and divided outline, having three banks of adjustable shelves, each section having two shelves. Raised up on a mounted plinth base. The bookcase is decorated with Fine floral ormolu mounts throughout.
