About the Item
This early 20th century French Louis XVI style buffet is testament to the high quality workmanship and style Parisienne ateliers are known for. Handcrafted of mahogany and having a white molded Carrara marble top with a beveled edge over three drawers and three paneled doors, all with elegant ormolu trim and original hardware. The doors open to reveal separated cabinets, each with two removable shelves, allowing for ample storage space.
It’s attractive proportions and crisp, clean lines make it a versatile piece that complements both traditional and contemporary interiors. Furthermore, the narrow depth of this versatile piece makes it perfect for a dining room, living room, parlour room, or even a large hallway.
