1970s Milo Baughman Style Rosewood, Laminate, and Aluminum Tall Dresser/Cabinet
About the Item
Designed with influence from iconic midcentury designers like Milo Baughman, this dresser or cabinet sets itslef apart with its contrasting materials and great design. 5 large drawers and two shelves are set into a white enameled wood, contrasting with the dark and rich color of the rosewood doors. Between the doors are rounded diamond shaped aluminum insets which clearly designate the door pulls. The doors open to reveal white enameled drawerfronts with metal rails and wooden interiors. All this is supported by aluminum legs that hold the whole dresser off the ground. These have a striking look with their contrast and the way the legs make them look like floating monoliths.
Condition is good. Doors and drawers work well and smoothly. Clean interior. Minor scuffs and scratches. Sturdy and very well-made.
