19th Century Italian Gilt Cabinet
About the Item
An antique Italian bar inlaid throughout with a rich, warm finish in walnut and palisander wood with neoclassical marquetry inlay, gilt accents and a cream ivory and rouge marble top.
Handcrafted in Italy in the 19th century in the Italian neoclassical style of Giuseppe Maggiolini (1738-1814).
The doors open to a mirror tiled and lighted interior, curved to enhance the reflective space, with doors outfitted with brass bottle holders.
