French Directoire Re-Interpreted Style TV Cabinet in Solid Oak with 2 Lift Doors
About the Item
This TV cabinet coffee table with 2 independent drawers belongs to our MELANIE collection that proposes handcrafted modernized reinterpretated pieces of furniture from the French Directoire style at the end of the 18th century.
This period was remarkable with its straight, classical and timeless lines ornamented with grooves, diamonds or rings on fronts.
The finish we propose here is a canelle / cinnamon oak stain and a natural varnish on the 2 diamonds and lower grooves. You can also customize your furniture with an other finish of your choice.
The 2 doors open from the top in a "garage door" style, and give the impression of false drawers.
A vertical interior partition divides the cabinet into 2 compartments. The left compartment is equipped with a CD rack. The right has an adjustable shelf on racks.
Internal dimensions of each compartment: width 66 cm / 26" x height 32 cm / 12.6" x depth 37 cm / 14.6"
the height under the shelf or CD storage is 13 cm / 5.1"

MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANCAIS is a new brand launched in September 2018 by Eric Weiler (founder) and Eric Gizard (designer). We deliver 100% made in France high-end and top quality furniture pieces. Main material is wood, mainly ash, oak and cherry. Our wood comes exclusively from sustainably managed French forests. The craft-handed manufacture in the Loire Countryside and Bretagne ensures robustness and a very long life cycle for each piece. All our models are already fully assembled in our workshops. Eric Gizard is a famous French Designer in Paris and works several Fashion and Luxury Brands. He sublimates with his very fluid and elegant design each piece of our collections EGEE and KUBE. More over and previous to the launch of MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANCAIS, in 2010, Eric Weiler took over an old cabinet-maker named GONTIER established in France since 1920. French Traditional pieces and new designed models from GONTIER are also proposed on 1st Dibs.
