Tlaloc Wine cabinet by Andres Gutierrez Dimensions: D40 x W80 x H130 cm Materials: Body: solid white oak wood, Legs: white oak plywood. — Inspired by Tlaloc, “The One Who Makes Things Sprout”, mesoamerican god of rainand water— Friendly shaped oak representation of Tlaloc, with walnut hand-marquetry detailing on its surface. Its door handles are a hand sculpted version of the god’s signature mask, with his peculiar goggles and fanged mouth spitting water. This Tlaloc can be made to be a wine cabinet with 25 notches for standard wine bottles, or a regular cabinet with three shelves. Handcrafted in Mexico in 2021. Andrés Gutiérrez founded A-G Studio, a residential and commercial interior design firm in 2012, from where he has participated in the integral design of projects such as hotels, bars, restaurants and other commercial spaces, always with a deep interest in the exchange of information and feelings between the user and space.
