18th century Mahogany Hepplewhite Chest on Chest
About the Item
This rare very large size English bow front mahogany antique chest on chest dates from the 1790-1810. Highlights include splayed Hepplewhite legs, dovetailing and a carved apron. The pressed brass pulls and escutcheons have been replaced but are identical reproductions of the originals and feature roses, clover and thistle. In very good condition with lovely original finish.
