A stunning French Art Deco Commode from the 1920s by Majorelle! This exquisite piece features solid carved wood with intricate geometric and flower motifs, combined with elegant expensive veneers of walnut, maple, tulipwood and Mother of Pearl. The commode boasts a Demi lune form and opens up to reveal two spacious drawers below.
Adorned with breathtaking flower inlays made of mother-of-pearl on the sides, this piece exudes sophistication and elegance. The gilt bronze handles with some original gilding remaining of flower bowls add a touch of luxury to this already magnificent commode. Completing its opulent look is the gorgeous peach marble top that truly sets it apart.
