About the Item

We are delighted to offer for sale this charming Antique Victorian French painted chest of drawers with lovely handles. This beautiful piece has a lot of character and charm with its original, rustic appeal that is so desirable. The chest has four drawers that open smoothly and has original handles. The soft green paint finish on this piece has been beautifully preserved using a traditional form of wax finish. The item is proudly standing on a plinth base. Please have a closer look at the pictures because they form part of the description. Antique and vintage/used items will show signs of wear which form part of their character. All our items are cleaned thoroughly, then a coat of wax is applied to revive the leather/wood and finally hand polished.
