Edwards and Roberts Serpentine Chest of Drawers

About the Item

Edwards and Roberts serpentine chest of drawers in the Hepplewhite taste. The shaped serpentine top with satinwood inlaid oval panel, with a floral spray and ribbon tie within stringing and crossbanded border. Above three graduated drawers with tooled brass handles the top drawer with Edwards and Roberts makers mark. The ends similarly inlaid with oval satinwood panels, filled with baskets of flowers. All raised up on tapering legs terminating in spade feet. Dimensions: Height 36 inches Width 36 inches Depth 21 inches.
