French Walnut Marble-Top Chest
About the Item
This French walnut marble-top chest has the original bull nose marble top which has a one-inch wooden retaining strip at the back. The top drawer has a 1/2inch overhang over the three lower drawers. The brass keyhole escutcheons are original, but the handles are later.
There is pinhole evidence of old insect activity. The sides have recessed panels.
