Paper Basket Oak, Birch Martin Aberg Sweden Servex 1950s, Elegant and Minimal
About the Item
Nice and elegant oak veneer paper waste bin with the inner and bottom in birch. Fine quality of bentwood. Fully stamped with burned fire "Servex" under at the bottom. The inside was cleaned and the outer parts refinished so it is fresh and clean. Designed by Martin Aberg in the 1955. Strong and sturdy, ready to be used next to a desk or in a bathroom. We have currently a second exemple also in oak and that was also refinished entirely. More units could be found upon request. It was produced in oak as shown on pictures but also in teak and in a rare version made of fine Brazilian rio rosewood (jacaranda). These are the most exclusive ones and we have one available.
