From Niagara Furniture a Councill Mahogany Vintage Breakfront in excellent, ready to use in your home, condition. Simple yet sophisticated this beautiful Councill Mahogany Vintage Breakfront has everything going for it. This two piece breakfront boasts a nice amount of storage space featuring three drawers concealed behind the bottom center doors and the top drawer has a factory original silver cloth lining. On the outside of the bottom center doors are two cupboard areas which feature removable shelves so you store away either larger or smaller items. The top section of the breakfront features locking doors with wood framed glass shelves which each shelf having plate grooves cut into the glass portion of the shelves. The shelves are fully adjustable on pegs and can be removed entirely if you decide to convert the piece to a gun cabinet! The secondary portions of the drawers in the Councill Mahogany Sideboard are produced from American oak and the drawers also features drawer glides for easy opening and closing. The breakfront shaped front is a classic design feature and this shape is highlighted on the top of the cabinet and this shaping continues downward and is reflected on both the door and drawer fronts. High quality construction throughout is exemplified in the solid mahogany carvings, the designer style hardware as well as the oak drawer interiors. Each cabinet area features a working lock and there is an original key that comes with the breakfront.
