Early XIX Century Mahogany Secretary Germany, 1800 Mahogany This classicist cylinder bureau made of mahogany dates from 1810 and is an original from the Empire & Biedermeier era. The secretary is 109 cm wide, 60 cm long and 120 cm high. The color of the furniture is chestnut and it is mounted freestanding. The piece of furniture is antique and truly unique for every antique lover. It has been carefully restored and is in excellent condition. A perfect desk for any home or office that impresses with its unique style and charm. Very elegant furniture with a small gallery, has been complemented, including subtle surrounding decoration, following the cylinder covers the cabinet with writing surface, 9 small drawers and open compartments underneath 2 large drawers with box locks and 2 keys, original fittings, restored and hand-polished with shellac, body rests on conical feet
