French Boulle Escritoire

About the Item

This French Boulle escritoire has profuse brass inlays with arabesques and brass ornamental mounts throughout. The wooden background is ebonized. The drawer pulls out to reveal a sliding gold tooled leather writing surface with storage beneath. The left hand door has some deterioration in the central urn.
