Sagres is an iconic parish in the south of Portugal: Algarve. This beautiful place inspired Malabar to create the Sagres Sideboard, a stunning contemporary piece. The polished brass compass rose and latitude lines of nautical charts, added to this sideboard's design, symbolize ages of trials and errors of brave explorers. Paying homage to their discoveries as they fervently found safety in the open sea and were undaunted in their travels despite fierce winds. Sagres' impressive structure in wood, veneered in poplar wood root and finished with colored translucent varnish, supported by a copper-plated brass structure featuring a gold leaf coated interior. Perfect for contemporary dining rooms and meeting places where important decisions are made, this piece will leave everyone in awe. Sagres Sideboard was designed by Malabar and is part of the Heritage Collection.
