French 2 Doors Sideboard in Cherry with Charm, 100% Made in France
About the Item
This 2 doors sideboard is a handmade and modernized interpretation of the French Directoire style at the end of the 18th century. This period is remarkable with its straight, classical and timeless lines, often diamonds and /or grooves on the front.
2 compartments inside are separated by a wooden vertical panel.
All 3 drawers have dovetails mounted fronts for more durability.
The shelves are adjustable on wooden racks.
The opening and closing of the doors are made with 2 brass keys (and entries) + 1 lock
The proposed finish, here, is a blond cherry stain for the top, diamond and grooves.
Other parts are white-cream lacquered.
You can also choose your own finish, we do bespoke furniture.

MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANCAIS
MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANCAIS is a new brand launched in September 2018 by Eric Weiler (founder) and Eric Gizard (designer). We deliver 100% made in France high-end and top quality furniture pieces. Main material is wood, mainly ash, oak and cherry. Our wood comes exclusively from sustainably managed French forests. The craft-handed manufacture in the Loire Countryside and Bretagne ensures robustness and a very long life cycle for each piece. All our models are already fully assembled in our workshops. Eric Gizard is a famous French Designer in Paris and works several Fashion and Luxury Brands. He sublimates with his very fluid and elegant design each piece of our collections EGEE and KUBE. More over and previous to the launch of MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANCAIS, in 2010, Eric Weiler took over an old cabinet-maker named GONTIER established in France since 1920. French Traditional pieces and new designed models from GONTIER are also proposed on 1st Dibs.
This Cabinet is also available in French Solid Oak (same price)
