About the Item

“If art decorates space… and music is the art that decorates time, then our vintage stereo consoles decorate lives by accentuating both.” This console: This is a console refurbished by us. We acquire our pieces from very reliable, established, and trustworthy sources. We offer them in various configurations and also offer a multitude of customizations during or after the sale here. We are the epitome of the vintage bespoke restoration reseller. This console was imported by the respected purveyor George Tanier for Moebler, part of their Denmark collection. We have replaced the old record player with a new turntable, have added a vintage receiver for the radio and record playing. What is shown in the images is suggested components as we have added a vintage cassette tape player a tube amp and 2 German Grundig Bauhaus speakers. The speakers accentuated and added to the huge speaker housed in the second cabinet. Separate, these are 36" wide, combined they are 72". The woodwork is amazing as the Danish teak was in excellent condition. The vintage Jensen speaker is a well sought after model designed for vintage tube electronics and sounds amazing. We also recently shipped a very prestigious console to the MOMA (museum of modern art) for display and reproduction use. Quality runs deep and this craftsmanship shows in every piece we sell. We take great pride in delivering the same excellence to well known customers and institutions and the normal populace like you and me. Hard to believe that in such a short 4 years time, we have acquired, refurbished, rebuilt and delivered almost 800 stereo consoles now.
