Pine Painted Dresser Base with Two Doors and One Drawer
About the Item
This unusually shallow painted dresser base has such a lovely form. The top is flat with a plain crown molding. There is a single deep hand-cut dovetailed drawer above two doors with arched top flat panels. The front corners have a long pyramid molding at the top with a split baluster beneath. The piece stands on shapely bracket feet. Originally in a dark finish, at some time it was painted in white, worn through to earlier finishes.
