Rare Walnut Sideboard by Antonio Virgilio for Bernini, Italy 1970s
About the Item
Beautiful minimalistic credenza in very good condition.
Designed by architect Antonio Virgilio in the 1970s
Manufactured by Bernini Italy.
The sideboard is made from massive walnut and walnut veneer and has white accents on the round handles, it is
very well made and of very heavy quality.
The backside of this sideboard is also finished in walnut so it can be used as a freestanding unit or room divider.
In the middle of the sideboard you can find four drawers, on each side there are two large flap doors.
The flap doors and drawers are symmetrically arranged and the flap doors reveal large internal compartments.
Original Bernini label affixed to inside of a drawer.

The top is made from a anthracite laminate and is framed by a solid pine wooden rim. The doors and sides of the cabinet are made from a white lacquered veneer, on the doors you can find two large solid pine knobs. There is one shelve behind each of the doors. The cabinet was fully restored and is in very good condition. We have a similar model in another listing.
