Art Deco vitrine by Hubert Martin et Ploquin. Made of solid wood, very heavy, veneered in mahogany, beautiful unusual rounded shape, part of a complete dining room. Glass shelves and glass sliding doors.
Good used condition, after an old restoration, with normal wear and signs of use, light scratches, easy to remove with a professional polish.
Literature: Mobilier et Decoration No.12, December 1932, p.529 (similar design of a sideboard)
Similar model, identical sideboard exhibited at Paris Autumn Salon 1932. Pair of armchairs, referenced model, available.
