Antique German Hand Painted Cabinet, circa 1850

About the Item

A beautiful cabinet from the rural south of Germany, dating from circa 1850. The cabinet was probably given as a wedding present. This cabinet is made of solid pine and is hand painted in vibrant colors. The paint has become distressed over the years. The cabinet has kept its original hinges. The cabinet has clothing hooks on the left and 2 shelves on the right hand side. The cabinet is in good antique condition and is ready for use. Free of woodworm.
