About the Item

We are delighted to offer for sale this sublime circa 1900 hand made in Italy Specimen fruitwood centre occasional table with bronze mounts A well made and decorative occasional table, bought from Geneva Italy, it dates to the end of the 19th century to the start of the 20th, its made with various specimen woods including fruitwood, olivewood and walnut, it really is a tour de force of craftsmanship We have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, there will be normal age related patina marks as you would expect with a 120+ year old piece, mostly its in fine order throughout Dimensions Height 65.5cm Width 78.5cm Depth 78.5cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point This item is available for collection from our Wimbledon warehouses Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
