Antique Chinese Tieli Wood Waterfall Bench or Small Coffee Table

About the Item

Antique Chinese waterfall bench or coffee table. Wonderful Ming style bench or coffee table boasting exceptional craftsmanship with chunky dovetail construction and intricately scrolled feet. It is crafted of Tieli, one of the largest hardwood trees in China, with deep color and lovely patina. On the top corner, it is marked with a wax seal called a "Jianding" indicating authenticity as a legal export of China. Perfect as a table or bench, it has an artistic posture with a simple yet dramatic design exuding rustic elegance.
