Grzegorz Majka
Grzegorz Majka is the innovative creator of unique, made-to-order stone furniture and the owner of Grzegorz Majka Ltd. His modern designs for stone tables and other furnishings and decor — which are crafted with distinctive materials such as granite, quartzite, Calacatta marble, European oak, and hand-blown glass — make a bold statement in any space.
Majka studied interior design but found himself drawn to stone masonry. Beginning in 2004, in his role as a stonemason, he sought to develop new approaches to working with natural stone as the primary material in furnishings for the home and other projects. This effort naturally led him to create tables and decorative objects, but as a stonemason, he was criticized for endeavoring to create furniture from stone. Design enthusiasts reacted much differently, however — those in the market for provocative furniture and decor that could be functional as well as serve as a focal point found a lot to love in Majka’s work.
After several years, Majka gained new contacts and partners who believed in his ideas for projects and controversial combinations of materials. He founded his namesake firm in London in 2020. Today, he works solely with interior designers and architects who share his vision to create interiors that are not only fashionable but practical.

- Epicure Coffee Table, 1 of 1 by Grzegorz MajkaBy Grzegorz MajkaLocated in Geneve, CHThe Epicure coffee table, 1 of 1 by Grzegorz Majka Edition 1 of 1 Dimensions: 98.54 x 86.61 x 17.72 in Materials: Marble, quartz and brass “The Epicure I” - contemporary center coffee table set of 4 items featuring natural quartzities and solid brass plate in aged finish. “No man is an island entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main.” The phrase “no man is an island” expresses the idea that human beings do badly when isolated from others and need to be part of a community in order to thrive. Exactly, like our new piece of art called THE EPICURE which could not present its beauty by itself. Only with the help of the other elements reveals the one complete part; one amazing complete “island.” Luxury doesn’t always follow the common patterns. Luxury goes beyond and almost like one of the best gourmets joins varied experiences, ingredients, recipes into one. Following this idea, we have selected the unique volcanic materials such as Brazilian Quartzites: Infinity, Venom, Super White and one of a kind Brazilian Marble: Invisible Grey. Satin finish highlights the irregular shapes, veins and and the pits of the stone elements designed by the mother nature. The solid brass plates in “Antique Gold” finish as the perfect fundaments of the stone table tops...Category
