Indian 19th Century Wood Bullock Cart Converted to a Table
About the Item
An antique rustic Indian handmade coffee table from the 19th century with trapezoidal top, diamond shaped studs, twisted iron stretchers, turned baluster legs and weathered patina. Created in India during the 19th century, this piece is made of the front portion of a bullock cart which was converted into a coffee table. It charms us with its undeniable rustic feel and unusual shape. If you appreciate antiques for their quicky imperfections and their great character, this table is for you! The table features a trapezoidal wooden top strengthened with metal braces, diamond shaped studs and protruding front. This top is supported by three turned baluster legs with rectangular block joints, connected to the top's underside through thin twisted iron stretchers showcasing a rusty finish.
