About the Item

Offered is this beautiful set, a small side table with glass top and the matching chair. Made in Germany, circa 1980s. Glass tabletop in excellent condition. This set was found at an estate sale in Nuremberg, Germany. For years it stood in the entry hallway in a condo. In the 80s, these sets were widely used as a telephone table and seat for making calls. Today there would certainly be many beautiful furnishing opportunities for this set (dressing room, bedroom or make-up room). The table is approx. 20.5" high and 23.75" in diameter. The base itself is approx. 20" high and 12.75" in diameter. The Chair is approx. 41.75" high, 18.25 at the widest part and 18" deep. Seat high is approx. 19". The sizes given in the dimensions section refer to the table. The last pictures shows the chair in as found condition, what means it still had the plastic cover on it, this is the reason why there are some residual tape marks on the fabric. These are on the underside and are therefore not visible.
