Mid-Century Modern Copper and Brass Coffee Table in the Style of Paul Evans
About the Item
Studio made copper and brass coffee table. Made to have a brutalist flair. The artist used different pieces of textured and patinated copper and clean brass to cover the entire coffee table. The plates are affixed with copper staples then covered with a thick layer of lacquer to protect it. Table is multidimensional visually displaying a vast variety of colors that change depending on the lighting. Table has a large piece of smoked glass in the center.
Table would make a great center piece to any room. Would fit well in any Mid-Century Modern, Brutalist, postmodern or natural themed rooms.
Artist is unknown but takes elements of Paul Evans and other great designers of the period.
Table was sourced from the original owners in a Miami estate.
