Gorgeous Art Deco Revival tessellated marble with brass inlay accent strips, low console table and mirror, or it could be a coffee table and separate mirror, in the style of Maitland Smith. Excellent vintage condition. There is a tiny chip on the underside of one foot that has been repaired. There are several repairs to the marble that was done nicely and looks like age-appropriate patina. These are vintage, not new, so will have signs of use. Please see photos. Circa 1980-1990’s. Dramatic, bold, unique, and extraordinary…just a few words we can think of to describe this impressive set of bench/table and mirror. Their style is a gorgeous art deco revival but can have a little Hollywood Regency flair. They are comprised of tessellated marble in a creamy off-white with jet black detail. The highlights of this table or bench are its incredible scrolled legs, which are reminiscent of an Ionic Roman column, and the marble tessellation in the shape of banana palm fronds. It is nothing short of spectacular. And then you are presented with its matching incredible wall mirror which is framed by the same creamy off-white and black tessellated marble banana palm fronds that surrounding the mirror glass…. GORGEOUS!!!!! Making the pair simply breathtaking! Although unmarked, this set is like designs by Maitland Smith or Oggetti Designs; however, our research has not revealed the exact piece, but it is made with the same high quality and attention to detail. Plus, its versatility is awesome. There are so many ways to utilize this amazing set…you could use it as a low table and dress it with a large floral arrangement maybe a sculpture or it would be a fabulous bench with a couple of throw pillows against a wall, and the mirror hanging above. Of course, they do not have to stay together. Split them up and use the table/bench as your coffee table then hang the mirror in the hall. This pair is also perfect for a fitting room in a boutique or a dressing bench...

Handsome set of 6 Goodform mid-century machine age and industrial style aluminum armchairs by General Fireproofing Company. Comprised of anodized slightly gold colored aluminum frames and upholstered in a woven beige fabric. They are in wonderful vintage condition overall. The aluminum has been cleaned and gone over gently with steel wool and the fabric has been professionally cleaned. That does not mean they are free from signs of age but have a nice patina. You may wish to recover. The aluminum coloration ranges from silver to gold and is individual on each chair. Please see photos and zoom in for details. We attempt to portray any imperfections. Circa 1940s-1960s. Holy cow! We are in love with these awesome Goodform chairs by General Fireproofing!! We have six and they are comprised of anodized brushed aluminum frames and bare a blend of machine age, industrial, mid-century styles. They are anodized a lovely gold color… You heard that right… Gold! Or kind-of “gliver.” A little silvery with a gold tone. Not sure exactly how to describe it, but it’s fabulous!! Two of the chairs are slightly darker gold with less silver and a little extra detail including a V-shaped overlay detail of aluminum on the front curve of the arms, so you can use those two as host and hostess chairs. Currently they are upholstered in a wool-like woven beige fabric, but we don’t think its original; however, it is in good condition and ready to use for a while but…. Wow! Would they ever look fantastic in new leather, vinyl, or maybe mohair! They have a slightly rolled seat back which is a cool detail, the arms are partially upholstered for comfort, and their stretchers and cross bars enhance their industrial look and make them sturdy enough to stand up to a family of toddlers, teenagers, or…elephants whichever you have! Handsome Asian teak hand carved drop slant front desk with interior compartmentalized cubby storage in the style of George Zee and Co. of China. This amazing piece is in fabulous condition. Comprised of teak that has been carved on the drop front and the drawer faces with an incredible plum blossom and bird motif. The drop front is slanted above three rows of drawers.
