A rare pair of Art Deco Rattan Demi Lune side tables attributed to the Heywood Wakefield Company, Gardner, Ma., American, C. 1929,
The tables are done in a white painted finish and are in very good condition.These rattan tables are also referred to as stick wicker and were part of a larger suite of furniture described as being modernistic in the 1929 Heywood - Wakefield catalogue. Each table is open to the side with a middle shelf and bottom shelf for storage and are topped with etched Sea Horse and Sea Life glass tops. Under the glass tops is a contemporary all weather blue fabric which could easily be changed to suit any decor or could shown be with just the white finish. A truly unique and stylish pair of tables.A matching cocktail table is also available!
