Antique French Louis XV Style Tulip & Rosewood Marquetry Roll-Top Secretary Writing Desk
This luxurious antique desk imported from Europe would be a breathtaking and functional furnishing for your office, bedroom or living room. It has be expertly inlaid with tulip and rosewood marquetry, as well as ormolu flourishes. When the lower drawer is unlocked and opened, the roll automatically rises. The flip out writing surface is covered with a rich red tooled leather. The drawers have dovetailed joints and upholstered silk interiors. The lavish hardware and gallery are all original. There is a perfect space on top of the desk for safely displaying home decor.
