About the Item
The Colonel desk is made with thousands of cigar bands, all originating from personal collections. Showcasing a wide range of international cigar brands and imagery. Imagery that ranges from iconic monuments ,important historical leaders pilots, racers etc. Every piece has a unique combination of cigar bands. The Colonel desk is part of the Cherished collection where Artist Diederik Schneemann acknowledges the value of collections. Thinks love dedication en patience. Giving a collection a new reality therefor a complete new meaning. The Colonel desk has 45 layers of High gloss hard uv protectant lacker. The desk is complimented with bronze casted cigar grips and a Brass interior. Drawers are soft close. Prototype and No.1 where presented and sold during the PAN Amsterdam art fair. Currently the no.2 is in stock ready to be shipped to its new owner.
