Midcentury Danish Teak Drafting Desk
About the Item
A desk with incredible form and presence. This attractive original Danish Modern desk by Nordisk Andels-Eksport made in Denmark, features a rectangle frame with a drafting tiltable tabletop, above two spacious drawers to left and an open storage cubbie to the right. The adjustable desktop glides smoothly and can be tilted at an angle range of 0-50° allowing a large workspace with durable pencil ledge. It can work as a regular desktop or a professional drafting table. This is a truly unique desk. The top is crafted with original teak surface throughout, with a rich and glowing patina. A fully finished back and the finished back side makes this desk ideal for placement in an open floor plan, making it a great focal point, Wonderful distinctive sculptural shape. Makers label present (Nordisk Andels-Eksport made in Denmark). The warm teak surface is most attractive. Absolute strike point classic modernist quality and design piece for the modern interior.
