Small Oak Bureau

About the Item

A rare 18th century oak bureau of particularly small and diminutive proportions. the fall with a moulded book-rest, opening to reveal a stepped interior with a well concealed below a false drawer-front, above a waist moulding and arrangement of two short and two long drawers. Raised on bold bracket feet. Original brasses and hardware.
