Unusual William IV Work and Writing Table

Sn582 Excellent and very unusual William IV sewing table in rosewood, having three dummy drawers to frieze and one drawer which opens to reveal writing section with black leather and pen compartment above a silk pleated box below for sewing materials, all standing on tapering, shaped pedestal with quadrofoil base terminating in carved knurled feet. This is a superb multi purpose table in fantastic condition throughout, ready to place at home, circa 1830
