19th Century Biedermeier Extending Table

About the Item

A monumental noble and rare extension table, circa 1850. Pyramids mahogany and solid walnut. The cambered frame is connected to four baluster-shaped columns below a wide corresponding storage compartment. This large extension table is characterized by its metal mechanism of an admirable beauty and rarity. Measures: Extended length approx. 481 cm (A-40).
