French Provincial Style Extensible Oval Table with a Light White Cream Finish
About the Item
This 2 leaves extensible oval table is typical of French classical furniture pieces and belongs to our TRADITION collection which takes up the timeless classics of the charm of the French countryside.
The pilasters, the grooves and the saber legs for the tables are characteristic of this collection. The woodwork remains traditional with tenons and mortises.
2 integrated leaves of 40 cm / 15.7" each are folded under the table top.
The table opens in the middle.
To release and unfold the leaves, first unlock the brake under the top, then pull out one side of the top.
The other side of the top will open synchroneously without any effort.
This table accomodates 6 guests without the leaves and 8/10 guests with 2 leaves.
The height under the skirt is 64 cm / 25.2".
The finish we propose here is a classical cherry stain for the top and the 2 extensions with a white cream lacquer for the base and skirt.
You can choose another finish, we do bespoke.

MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANCAIS is a new brand launched in September 2018 by Eric Weiler (founder) and Eric Gizard (designer). We deliver 100% made in France high-end and top quality furniture pieces. Main material is wood, mainly ash, oak and cherry. Our wood comes exclusively from sustainably managed French forests. The craft-handed manufacture in the Loire Countryside and Bretagne ensures robustness and a very long life cycle for each piece. All our models are already fully assembled in our workshops. Eric Gizard is a famous French Designer in Paris and works several Fashion and Luxury Brands. He sublimates with his very fluid and elegant design each piece of our collections EGEE and KUBE. More over and previous to the launch of MON PETIT MEUBLE FRANCAIS, in 2010, Eric Weiler took over an old cabinet-maker named GONTIER established in France since 1920. French Traditional pieces and new designed models from GONTIER are also proposed on 1st Dibs.
